How do I create an account?
Click on the Sign Up button on the homepage, fill in your details, and verify your email. Once completed, you’ll have full access to explore RomeoFans.

How can I purchase digital products?
You can buy content by subscribing to a creator, paying for a one-time purchase, or unlocking premium files. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other available gateways.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other trusted payment providers. The available options may vary depending on your location.

Can I download the digital products I purchase?
Yes. Once you purchase or unlock content, you’ll be able to download files directly from your account. Downloads are only available to paying users and should not be shared outside the platform.

How do creators get paid?
Creators earn from subscriptions, pay-per-view content, and tips. RomeoFans processes payments through third-party gateways, and earnings are transferred after deducting the platform service fee.

What type of content can I upload?
Creators can upload eBooks, music, tutorials, files, or other digital products. All content must comply with our Terms and Conditions. Illegal or infringing material is not allowed.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refund Policy. Please contact us if you experience an issue with your purchase.
